Joe, from the start has had great communication, turning up when said and on time. Prompted with quote, and happy to advise when we had changed our plan. Was clear with invoice, deposit etc. Joe was building us a media wall, he turned up earlier everyday, hardworking, and would clear up after everyday, great communication about how long the job would take and what he would be doing and when, and fantastic workmanship.

Joe did a great job at very short notice, really appreciate it and will use again.

Joe made and fitted some shelving for an alcove in a bedroom. He did an excellent job, was neat, tidy and on time. He was in constant communication with me from quote to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

JA Building and Construction fitted new internal doors in the house. We were more than pleased with the finished product, the doors look amazing and the whole process was seamless. The service was excellent, will definitely be using him in future.

Joe did a fantastic job for me early in November this year, we wanted a storage unit with some shelving inside done and reached out to Joe to get the job done and haven’t looked back. He was very professional and delivered to a very high standard, couldn’t recommend him enough.

JA Building was contracted to remove the old blown render from 2 long retaining walls at a block of flats I manage in Warlingham and to replace the render with composite cladding. This was a time-consuming job because the existing render had to be chipped off the walls then Joe had to construct a wooden framework to attach to the walls before they could be covered with the cladding.
